HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

• Due to our busy concert schedule and our preceding vacation, we WILL NOT be shipping orders from December 20th, 2007- January 3rd, 2008.
• Place your order by 3pm on December 19th to attempt delivery by Christmas via USPS Priority Mail
• All orders placed after December 19th will ship this first week of January and will arrive in Late January/Early February.
• RUSH/OVERNIGHT ORDERS will be processed via TELEPHONE ONLY until Friday, December 21st at 3pm. Call 415-252-8589 for details and pricing

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & PayPal through our website. You may download an order form & send a check or money order to:

SHIPPING

How are orders shipped?

We ship via the United States Postal Service.

How long will it take to get the order?
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

I can't wait that long... can I get my order any quicker?
Sure, we can overnight your order for an additional charge.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated by the subtotal of the order.

Does Chanticleer ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping charges will be calculated when we process your order.
