It has been a wonderful start to our 35th anniversary season- sold out, waiting list shows like tonight in Moscow at the University of Idaho ( our third time on the Chamber Music Series; this time we opened it) in four states, fantastically warm and enthusiastic audiences, several really inspiring master classes...Not to mention the beauties of this part of our country as we drove from state to state. This afternoon we spent an hour and a quarter with the Vandaliers and their director Michael Murphy. A beautiful sound and very high level techniques made it fun to go to the next level with them - mainly about text and interpretation and emotional content. Moscow Middle School had a contingent observing, along with other choral singers from the neighborhood. The class took place in the lovely 1909 auditorium where the concert later took place.
