Garrison Keillor very kindly invited us onto Prairie Home Companion, live from the San Francisco Opera, this Saturday, January 12 – 3pm West Coast, 6pm East Coast. We are so glad that we were here and able to do it again – we were last on three years ago when he was in San Francisco. On that occasion Frederica Von Stade was also on and we did with her a hilarious song about Alameda – (across the Bay where Flicka lives with words by GK set to the music our hit-tune "Shenandoah". We don't even know yet what he'll come up with for this Saturday- that's the way it works and it's very exciting. Garrison Keillor dropped by our rehearsal yesterday, to stir up some ideas. Tune in, wherever you are, or if you're in San Francisco, come to the Opera House. There's nothing like it.
