The New York area Christmas tradition is that between performances at Saint Ignatius Loyola in Manhattan we go somewhere around New York (Purchase, South Orange, Westport, etc.) for Saturday night.  This year we returned to Westhampton Beach on Long Island.  It's very quiet at this time of year, but an almost full house appeared for our concert in the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center which is about two and a half hours there, and back.  All our audiences so far have been very happy with our new Christmas gospel - the Westhampton folks also clapped lustily along.  Zach Burgess on his first Christms tour, so far thinks it's great, especially since it started at home for him ( the DC area) and many relatives have turned out.  He'll be going back there for Christmas.
