While the Chanticleer life can be trying ( see blog re our first tour day of this season, trying to get from San Francisco to Southern California - always dicey), there are definitely lots of rewards. By the time you get through being part of Chanticleer, you've seen a whole lot of our own country and the rest of the world! Before our concert at Augustana Lutheran Church in Denver tonight we visited Red Rocks Park which is 868 acres at an elevation of 6400 feet above sea level. It's a unique transitional zone where the great plains meet the rocky mountains and, there's a famous out door amphitheater where bands like U2 have played.
