CHANTICLEER: AN ORCHESTRA OF VOICES

Chanticleer is always on the lookout for unique and talented singers. Every year, we accept audition materials from basses, baritones, tenors, and countertenors in order to maintain a roster of qualified individuals should openings in the ensemble arise.

The first round of auditions will be via digital submission. The second and final round will take place in San Francisco. Finalists will receive a $500 travel stipend.

The first round, digital submission deadline is December 19, 2023.

Finalists will be notified by January 19th, 2024.

The San Francisco, in-person final round will take place March 1-3, 2024.

Please refer to the FAQ page for more information. All further questions may be directed to the assistant music director, Gerrod Pagenkopf, at auditions@chanticleer.org

P.S. - Every year, Chanticleer tours all over the USA. If you’d like to sing for us in person, get in touch and we’ll see if we can meet up in your area! Check out our touring schedule here.
